Photography is a way for me to appreciate the little things all around me. A photograph freezes a moment in time and tells a story — one I’d otherwise rush past. It forces me to slow down, look, and notice.

Playing with local AI

Lately I’ve been experimenting with what’s possible on a home machine. A Qwen3.8:27b model (BF16) running on a Mac Studio Ultra with 128 GB of RAM — through Ollama and Hermes — built an HTML game in a single prompt in about eight minutes of processing time. That started a whole shelf of one-prompt experiments now living in the Lab.
